Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is the difference between normal mail and registered mail?For normal mails, the package will be delivered to your mailbox just like any other normal letters. In the event that the package is undelivered or lost, there will be no means to track the whereabouts of the package.

For registered mail, the post office will provide a tracking number at the point of posting and the postman will bring the package to your house. You will be required to acknowledge receipt of the package at the point of delivery. In the event that the package is not received, you can contact the post office to track the status of the delivery or request them to send the package again to your place.




2. Do we do meet ups?

SG Happy Darts will do meet ups for self-collection at our convenience depending on our availibility.








 
3. How long will it take for pre-orders to arrive?

Approximately 2-3 weeks as we will be shipping the items in from UK, and we will need time to check and ensure that the items are in good conditions before we mail them out to you. Should the items arrive earlier, you may receive your items earlier too.
